This is a shot of one of the streetcar maintenance barns at the Wychwood Barns which have been renovated and now are used as a community and cultural centre. The barns were built in 1913 and have heritage protection. This hall, barn 2, is used for many events throughout the year and houses the Saturday farmers market all winter. Some of the other barns house a theatre, a community greenhouse, artist studios and also some artist homes. It is an active place.

Great use of the old building.
These are all fine uses of this historic building, but I do miss the old streetcars. They were a great way to get around a city. Their disappearance may have been a conspiracy of auto, tires, and gas companies.
What an excellent reuse of this building.
A good conversion.
Always good to see old buildings being renovated and found a good use.
Glad that it has been repurposed.
...many communities have cavernous buildings that are finding new life. This looks like wonderful use.
Hello,
It is nice the barns have so many new uses, a year round farmers market sounds great. Take care, enjoy your day!
Great buildings for reuse. They knew how to build for the future.
Looks super cool. Greetings!
A wonderful reuse for the building. Looks very nice and modern.
Awesome photo!
Looks like a great space for exhibition
Estupenda tu mirada que nos lleva muy lejos.
Un abrazo.
Wow, this looks incredible!
Thank goodness they didn't tear it down.
Very nice! I just can imagine a vivid market in there.
