These large hearts which light up at night are found all over the city. TO is a nickname for Toronto. They are meant to inspire people to be kind and get involved in the community. There are 25 of them.

A nice reminder but we shouldn't need reminding really.
Nice. I expect it is too much to ask you to show them illuminated. I don't tend to go out after darkness falls.
