I think someone is trying to say they don't appreciate dogs digging in the planted area. :)
My guess is few. Boring 'toys'. Probably would much rather crap.

Doesn't look very interesting for dogs or others... I found people were pretty good about cleaning up after their dogs in Toronto. Much better than here in Berlin!

Lol, I don't think I've ever seen one like this. We do have places just like it but they are supposed to be dog toilets (sorry, I can't really call them dog 'restrooms' now, can I?!)

Ha! That's quite small. I have to say that when you don't own a dog it really is not pleasant to have to pick up dog poop on your lawn.
