Incredible

I spotted this beauty in our local grocery store and couldn't believe my eyes. It is a special variety of cauliflower but looks too gorgeous to eat!

Cauliflower can be a tough sell when it's white. But yellow?

It's actually rather nice to eat! And it's pretty on a plate!

Sometimes I see them around here, I wanted to buy one to try it, but not sure if I would be able to cut it into pieces! ;-)

Until I read your words I thought it was something inside an aquarium.

A cauliflower? That one is unlike any cauliflower I have seen before. It is a beauty.
