Winter Sky

I left for a walk this day in the sunshine but the clouds had appeared and it was getting pretty cold by the time I got back. This is a view taken from up by Casa Loma, looking down Spadina Ave to Lake Ontario. Brr!

That scene does have a chilly feel to it. Love those clouds.

It does look cold. But I always think Toronto is a beautiful city...and as I recall, you've taken photos from this vantage point before, right? ..it's a great spot.

Yep, I'm like Tex, I can feel the chill even all the way down here in Va.

Whenever the sun shines these days, I whip out my camera and take it for a walk or drive. Is it my imagination or is it gloomier this year than normal?

You have fine looking winter skies. Ours are more leaden.

We had a blue-sky kind of day here as well. It rained during the night and as the front moved through the sky turned crystalline. Oh, did I mention that our high was 64?

At least you have a blue sky! That's what I miss most about Canada, even when it's cold, the sky is usually blue.

I do not like this kind of sky, but the effect in our pictures is usually great!
