High School
York Memorial Collegiate is a high school in the northwest part of the city with a very high academic success rate among its students. This Collegiate Gothic structure was built in 1930 and as you can see it has been well maintained over the years.

A gorgeous building !
A typical school building from that time period. My old public school "Secord" looked very much like this style. It has since been demolished and a new one built in it's place.
PS: Great minds think alike. We both have similar post today.
Hello, looks like a school from my old neighborhood. Happy Tuesday, enjoy your day!
It's a pleasure to see buildings like this so well kept!
I went to a grade school that looked similar to this. The memories are not all good.
The building reminds me a lot of Washington University in St. Louis.
Quite impressive. The style is similar to a high school here that I've never photographed.
Classic early-mid 20th Cent!
Now that looks like a high school even to me!
Beautiful! Looks a lot like Selma's old high school that was torn down.
This looks identical to Danforth Tech on Greenwood.
A good solid building. Love that doorway.
A fine stately place! Excellent for learning.
I think it's kind of funny and ironic at the same tie that those slits towards the top of those turrets were originally designed for archers. :-)
Nice to see that the building has been so well taken care of!
Wonderful architecture Pat, must be rather special to go to school there everyday.. Certainly beats my old high school in the middle of Africa :)
WOW, my have a few around here like this
It is very beautiful! I think you might need a degree to get in there!

This place looks exactly like a high school is supposed to look.
