A Tropical Balcony?

Actually this home is in the Annex neighbourhood of the city but don't you think you would feel like you were in the tropics while sitting on the balcony that is hidden up behind that Wisteria? It is such a beautiful plant when flowering. Lemonade anyone?

It almost looks like there wouldn't be any room on the patio for anything else.

Is that a fountain in the bottom right? If so, it's a great location for one.
