i love when they decide to rest en masse and get 4 or 5 sitting around the feeder at once (rare!)
I do love watching these tiny little creatures.
It's found the sweet spot!
Humming birds are fascinating to watch. While they need the sugar for energy, they also must eat insects for protein to balance their diet. They are quite territorial with other humming birds.
