Staying Or Going?

This is the door into another of the buildings still standing on the Honest Ed's property. I'm not sure if this one is going to survive but I hope that old light fixture is saved!

Love the fixture too, Pat

Well worth saving, I'd say! I laughed at the description inside, 'like a wiener dog with a second floor'!!!

That is a great little entrance way and I agree, they should keep that light fixture for sure.

It is sad when the city loses it's old icons.

It would be a nice reminder of what was there before.

I was trying to read the writing on the window to get a clue as to what kind of business was done here. I couldn't make it all out but I did read "Weiner dog" and "Second Floor." 'Tis a mystery for sure. Perhaps that fixture could shed some light on it, but whatever, it should definitely be preserved. Maybe you could sneak over there some night and "preserve" it yourself???

You need to call someone about the building. If it's coming down tell them you want the light fixture.

There are lovely reflections in all that glass. It would be sad to loose an historic building.

Go out and snatch that light fixture. There is no guarantee that the demolishers will appreciate it, but you will!

That's a nice fixture.
Are you going to get it, Pat?
Have a Happy Weekend!

I don't know Pat, it looks a bit fragile there, I would hope if the building goes someone will see its beauty and save it from the wreckers.
