Wee Balcony

I was walking through the Seaton Village neighbourhood a few weeks ago when we still had snow and spotted this tiny balcony poking out of the attic area of this home. I assume there must be a room heading off the other side of the peaked roof and that this wee addition offers some cross ventilation and a view of sunsets since it faces west. Quite odd.

Hello, that is a cute little balcony. I am sure the view would love great from the little window. Enjoy your day!

It is pretty with its decorative scrolls, but it seems a strange location for a balcony

That is an unusual looking balcony. I hope the view is nice!

It's probably a separate living space accessed by a ladder in the back.

It is indeed rather odd, but I like it and would love to see inside and how it connects with the rest of the house. Still a bit of snow, I see. I can honestly say, I don't miss the snow at all! :)

A sitting room or a studio might do well up there.

So tiny! Maybe you have to watch the sunset on your knees!

Oh my goodness it sure is one sweet wee little balcony! Both houses are quite charming as well. Of course I'm curious as to what the room is like or if it's just the attic maybe?

That is odd. Hope someone enjoys its view.

The red brick is a fine contrast to the snow in your photo. Have a great weekend.
