Architectural Models

This is yet another display from the graduate studio in the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape & Design at U of Toronto. There didn't seem to be any explanation as to what the project was but I like the forms and assume they must be for some high-rise buildings.

I love stuff like this. I'd really enjoy looking at these crazy models. Maybe we'll see a shape like one of these on a skyline somewhere in the future.

Models are models are models. And I like these rather weird shapes, but the question is: Will they stay standing in high winds and quaking earth? :)

They're well done.

These are clever and no doubt, well thought out.

Hello,

They are interesting models. I can imagine some skyscrapers looking similar.

Happy Monday and have a great new week.

Wow, they are all incredible, each design has a special theme, and the first two from the left I think would be incredibly beautiful buildings! Especially the first one, with a greenery garden in the center! A masterpiece of design.

What happened to making high rise buildings out of rectangles standing on end?
