Spadina Greenhouse

I've shown this greenhouse from the grounds of Spadina House before but not from the side. I love this greenhouse and was lucky to catch the side areas open since planting was going on in the grounds.

It seems to me that working in a greenhouse/plant nursery surrounding by beauty would be an ideal job. I should have done when I was young; I am too old now to do the heavy work.
Have a wonderful week!

Looks amazing Pat, even better as you say that the side was open showing some gorgeous summer colour 🌼

Wonderful looking greenhouse. If you live in a place like this, do not throw any stones.

This is an important part of our northern agriculture! Getting a head start on the season.

I have always wanted a smaller version of this greenhouse in my backyard. A neighbour in my former neighbourhood made one out of old windows and had a delightful greenhouse for all of his cacti plants.
