Another Laneway Discovery

I found yet another laneway house that has sprung up. These small houses replace garages that had originally been on the property but the property still remains part of the whole lot. The garage beside this one has already been torn down and footings poured for another house. It is a good thing to see these popping up as the city has finally started to give permits for them.

Hello,
It is a cute house. Where does everyone park their cars?

This one is attractive. Much better than renting a basement apartment.

Looks about the same size as mine. Quite enough cleaning and dusting for anyone!

I like it, but it's so close to other buildings these infills.

That is a comfortable looking small house. Good that these houses can replace garages.

A cute little house, but then there's nowhere to park the car.

So, where do the residents park? I can't imagine that the residents are giving up their cars.
