This is the door leading to the patio (Flight Deck) and party room (Stealth Lounge) of "The Pilot" which is a tavern located downtown in the Yorkville neighbourhood. It originally opened in 1944 on Yonge St but development of its old building sent it around the corner in 1972 where it has continued to flourish. It's a great watering hole and even has jazz every Saturday!

Wow, chairs on the patio, must be warming up in your neighborhood.
I love the idea of Jazz every Saturday. So happy to know jazz joints do still exist in Canada.

Such clever names they used for this place.
LOVE the style, the logo, the colours! Cool shot RedPat! ;-)
looks like the perfect place to 'check in', great shot!
Interesting. Three signs all connected to the same subject.
I didn't realize this place was still going. Cool!
I half expected this to be located on or near an airport property. ;-) I would imagine the patio will be popular very soon with the nicer weather. Glad to hear it's managed to stay in business all these years.

Very stylish. I love the grey blue color.
Sign me up for Saturday night! (I wish!)
My kind of place. I'll join you on the flight deck!
somehow i find the entrance not too welcoming :)
The jazz would appeal to me!
An interesting entrance, but somehow it looks a little secretive - especially with the unusual name of "Stealth Lounge" above! I would definitely be attracted by the jazz!
Such a clever name for this "watering hole." I know it has some good music on the weekends. I find it very inviting.genie
Looks like an interesting place.
Next time you are there, we all expect a photo of you hoisting a brew.
I remember going there waaay back....
Never any fun flying with drunk pilots!

Very inviting. Love the little 'terrace'.
I like the entrance!
