Additions
I showed you a winter shot of this whole Yorkville house in 2014 (HERE) but it is one of my favorites especially the sun room and the round structures that I think are additions. It looks like such a welcoming space with all the trees around.

It is a beautiful design.
It's probably a great room filled with books and easy chairs so you could curl up and read and relax for hours.

PS: It is easy to get over the Billy Bishop. Elevators and moving sidewalks through the tunnel.

What a fine house! The round turret looks like an addition, but the sunroom could be original. If not original, the builder did a brilliant job of fitting it in.
