A Vintage Beauty

This is one of the beautiful old houses found near the U of Toronto campus. It was probably built to be a single family dwelling but many years later there is now a dental office on the main floor and flats up above. This is along Harbord St which is a major bike route downtown especially at rush hour.

It has a European style.

Great looking brick building with that fine Romanesque arch and a Dutch dormer. It is mixed architectural elements, but works well in the building. Good it still has utility and is being maintained.

It is a beautiful structure. It looks to me a bit like an older elementary school with that entrance. I'd love to see the apartments - luxury?

We have lots of these buildings in Minneapolis and St. Paul and they were built mostly as one family residences too! They are so pretty.
