I like that porch.
Good the city recognizes the neighborhood organization. They can accomplish more working together than they could in conflict.
A sign of respect to the Republic by having their name added to a street sign by the city.

Toronto has a Republic... that is news to me. ⺌∅‿∅⺌ ... but I do remember the neighbourhood stopping the Spadina Expressway dead in it's tracks.
