This board was set up along Yorkville Ave recently and pens provided so that people could leave their mark. No great masterpieces resulted as most people just scrawled nonsense or their name.
they did something similar in Cambridge a few years ago. There it stood, right in the middle of one of the greatest seats of learning in the world, but nobody had anything intelligent to contribute.

It needs someone with creativity but I like the idea.
Too bad no talented artists came by to add to this board. At least the board can be easily removed. Tagging is not good for cities.
