It is funny how all the trees can still be green except for a couple that show bits of what is to come. This shot looks like I was in deep forest but I was actually not far from a busy road and a parking lot right in the city.
It's interesting how some trees are just ahead of the curve. There are a few webcam sites that I check in on from time to time and the one in Santa Fe NM is one of them. The webcam faces the park in the center of town. I checked it yesterday and all the trees are still green except for one which is showing a lot of color right now. It stands out from all the rest.

It's been slow to turn here too. I'm hoping that changes soon.
