Craft Brewery

Taken during a tour of a craft brewery in the Junction neighbourhood, this shows some of the large vats and equipment used in the process. It is always fascinating to see all the things and everything is so clean.

I am reminded of one here.

It's nice to see the process behind the scene.

We have one or two brew pubs that have areas open like this. I'm always impressed by all the shiny equipment.

Craft beer is now a dying industry

Was there tastings? I hope you didn't end up like a friend in London who visited a gin distillery and had to miss a family event afterwards.

...they are popping up everywhere.

Cleanliness is critical to beer brewing. Can't have stray bacteria hanging about to spoil the brew. I love the micro brew craze. The chances of good beer are excellent.

Gran fabrica. Me gusta la cerveza, con su tapita, bien refresca ahora.
Buen fin de semana.
Un abrazo.
