It is always fun to read these heritage signs to see what happened here, and then disappeared.
There has been a lot of history made at this site. In my mind, I was trying to correctly pronounce the name "Trethewey".
It’s fascinating to learn about the history of old airfields and how they’ve transformed over time. The Heritage Toronto signs are such a great way to keep local history alive.
