In the 1950s I thought the Thunderbirds were great cars. My Dad bought a 1960s model T-Bird, but it had a tiny back seat. I still see an occasional 2002-2005 T-Bird, and they are still great looking cars.
I remember coming out of school one day in the 50s. My friend said, "Look a Thunderbird." I looked up.
That's a beauty!
A friend of mine had a one from the early 70s and it was a beauty, blue with a white interior.

A rather odd but stylish looking car. I've never seen one. I wonder if when the owner starts it, they say, 'Thunderbirds are go'.
