I spotted this church as I was driving in the north end of the city and pulled over for a shot. It is Greenborough Community Church which is an interdenominational congregation and that is about all the info I could find about it. I love its simple lines and that beautiful spire.

A very nice shot.
Double-crossed.
i like it, too.
spire looks lovely better than building
Nice step ladder fence in front.
A very attractive building.
it really does 'slice' into the sky!
Simple piety. AND a fence, Pat!

I like those double crosses on the front of the church.
Simple is often beautiful, like in this case.
Simple and very attractive and your photograph work is excellent! Everything work well and together in this photo!
It does remind me of some church architecture here.
Surely unusual to see a modern church with a spire - very elegant too
Looks right out of the 60s!
The spire just finishes it off.

Hi Pat: Re your question on The Villages. There are speakers throughout The Villages...they are the outlet for The Villages radio station. They play music, but also broadcast right-wing political shows such as Rush Limbaugh and others. And you can't get away from them if you are outside!
The people who run The Villages are extremely right-wing in their political views. The community leaders are also ultra-conservative. It works well for both; The Villages get all kinds of freebies and land and tax breaks (which the residents actually pay for) and the business people operating in The Villages get rich. Also on the tax-payer's dime.
Neat spires! I wonder how many crosses are in the picture.
The church looks a little odd with that spire
Beautifully shown Pat, every feature on this church seems to be rising upwards, even the windows have that uplifting motion :)
Very nice.
