Sculptures In The Snow
When we finally got some snow a while ago I went for a wander at the Glendon College campus of York University and stumbled upon these stainless steel pieces in the snow. I quite like them but could find no info about them - it may be buried under the snow. I will head back one day to see how they look in the spring. We have no snow here now!

Another Grand Gate
This is another section of the fence that runs along Bayview Ave and which surrounds the Glendon College campus of York University. You can see the W in the centre of the gate signifying that this had been the estate belonging to E. R. Wood when the fence was built in the 1920s.

Let There Be Light
This is the lantern that you could see on the fence in yesterday's post. I imagine it originally was lit by gas but it seems to only be decorative these days although I haven't been by in the dark to be sure!

Not The Usual Fence Post
This is one of the supports for the fence that runs along Bayview Ave and surrounds the Glendon Campus of York University. This is not a fence post that will be easily knocked over. I'll show you a close-up of that wonderful lantern tomorrow.

Now That Is A Gatepost!
This gateway is one of the entrances into Glendon College which is part of York University, one of the three universities in the city. The college is located on what had been the estate of E. R. Wood, a prominent financier who had built his home here in 1924. You can see a stylized W in the centre of the gate itself. I have never been on the grounds of the college so will have to make a point of visiting it soon.
