Blue Palmerston

I thought that I would show you another of the wonderful homes along Palmerston Blvd since I have shown you so many shots of the laneway buildings that are behind some of them. I love the blue accents and the detail work on this one! I think that this one has been converted back to a single family home and in the wild real estate market in Toronto it would probably go for well over $2 million. I'd love to lounge around on that porch on a summer day!

These old homes are great - it would be ni8ce to sit on the front porch and chat with the neighbours!

Both Toronto and Vancouver realestate is just out of this world - definitely out of my league.

I like the blue trim too. Very attractive but I cannot afford the $2 million.

The paint job does make this house stand out, very smart.

This one is really sweet. That second story corner window just beckons for a hot cup of tea and a good book. Love the porch too.

I love the blue trim and front porch also, but 2 million wow, I can't afford that.

Nice house, but $2 million! It's not for my pocket...

This looks like some of the Toronto homes we see on House Hunters (HGTV)! $2 million is ridiculous. The last couple of HGTV shows featured homes worth about $900,000. Insanity rules real estate up thar in the far north! :-)

Adorable.

Lovely photo of this beautiful home, Pat. $2 million sounds astronomical, but on reflection, our home prices are very high in Melbourne also.

The blue trim is a nice contrast to the brick. It looks well-cared-for too!

Gotta tell you, I like the fronts of these wonderful house lots more than the graffiti-covered backs. This kind of house is common in my area, but even in a nice area, they would go for one fourth what they go for in Toronto.
