Cacti

What a treat it was to walk into the warm Cactus House at Allan Gardens! They have a great collection with a lot of variety and the addition of the colourful winter plants that are scattered about was a real treat.

The conservatory at our botanical gardens has been closed for renovation. This time of year I really need it for some decent photos. Love yours!

These are marvelous. My cacti and a lot of my succulents took a beating with the freeze we had a few weeks ago.

The cactus look happy to be there, and from your photos I can see you were pleased to be there also.

It's nice to see some green this time of year! It's finally gotten cold here in Berlin. At least I can use my warm coat now. :)

This section reminds me of my years in Arizona. When we first moved there we were amazed to see all the beautiful flora that covers the desert floor at certain times of the year! Lovely photo, Pat!

Pretty, RedPat.

At present my back is acting up. The most athletic move I can make is standing up.

Definitely looks like they came from Arizona, where I grew up.
