Urban Wilderness

I happened upon another laneway where several garages have had murals painted on their doors and I particularly liked this one. There had been problems with tagging in the past but none of the murals have been touched so far which is lucky.

Particularly nice murals. Perhaps even Toronto lads would think defacing them to be a step too far.

These murals look lovely on the garage. Now if only the taggers would stay away.

I love to note the lack of tagging! And it's always good to have a little wilderness in the city to keep down the wild city animals!

They've brought a bit of the wilderness to the big city.

Very cute! I'm glad they're being left alone - I hate when genuine works of art like these get tagged

Nicely done mural. Nice to see it clear of tagging. It would be a shame to cover this with it.

So Canadian! And very glad no one has tagged it.

This one is very pretty. We see painted garage doors here as well, but this is really lovely.

Oh that is nice! I wouldn't mind having that on my own garage door.

I like this. A nice way to spruce up those garage doors.

I have never seen a mural on garage doors. What a neat idea. This one is lovely. I hope no one tags it. It makes me think of the beauty of the woods.

those taggers are such a nuisance, love those garage doors.

I like this one very much Pat, the gentle colours are so soft and appealing.
