"Hope"

I spotted this sculpture titled "Hope" on the campus of the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, in front of the wellness centre. It was done by artist Bill Lishman in 1999 and is perfect for its location don't you think?

Without hope we have nothing. It's a wonderful sculpture. Makes me want to get up and dance. Well, maybe not dance. Jump around a bit, perhaps. :)

I like this one. Most sculptures look so static. This has a lot of movement in it.

That is modern in detail, but classic at root! Love it

It's pretty incredible the artist figured out how to balance the thing without it toppling over.
Impressive!
