Superhero

I was walking through the Yorkville neighbourhood last week and spotted a superhero outside of a gallery. This Batman is the work of Patrick Amiot who is originally from Montreal but now lives in California. Amiot uses junk metal to create his works and then they are painted by his wife Brigitte Laurent. I love that Robin is a hand puppet and that Batman has a rubber ducky hanging from his belt.

Amazing what people can do with very little.

That's wild. I wouldn't want to get too close to him as it appears it a little bent out of shape!

The blue boots and hat are well-coordinated. Rubber Ducky, yes--but handcuffs, too?!

We're going out west to see the grandies, but Toronto I must visit soon, too!
