I spotted this restored ghost sign on Peter St in the Entertainment District. Blackwell& Company was established in 1873 and the original sign was on the building until 2015 when an extensive restoration of the building included renewing the sign. I think the building now houses offices and studios but I'm not sure.

But a nice sign indeed.
Good to see these old signs restored. Don't think this is common.
Letterpress?? Would love to have a peak inside.
Cheers
Well worth preserving.
It looks brand new! That building is looking a little squeezed in that spot with all if its tall neighbors.
Oh this looks so Perth Pat, not the restored ghost sign 😉 the old and new mix of architecture.
I’m glad they restored that sign, lots of history there.
The restored sign is awesome! I wish they would do that here in Pittsburgh! Annster's Domain
Restoring ghost signs is not the norm. I'm glad they did.
That's a cool one.
My SIGNS, SIGNS
They did a great restoring job on the sign. I like it.
Great to see old buildings renewed!
Good to see it restored.
The sign definitely has a 'new' look to it!
There are a few ghost signs out here that I'd love to see restored like this one. It's nice to see that kind of care and attention.
Hello,
I kind of like the ghost signs. But, the stored building is nice. Wishing you a happy day!
