Vats

These are some of the large vats that line the walls of the huge space inside of Junction Craft Brewery. The different sizes enable them to make up smaller batches of seasonal or test brews. Interestingly the large open space in the centre of this room is rented out for events and there had been a wedding reception in here the day before I was there. I'm sure that would be a wedding people would talk about for a long time.

I have to check this out. Wonder if they do any gluten free beer?

Hello,

I can see the beer lovers having a wedding there, it is a neat place.
Enjoy your day!

Craft beers are getting to be very popular here, but I have never seen the inside of a brewery - very interesting!

That's quite an operation. I wonder if any of our local breweries have hosted wedding receptions.

I've seen similar vats at a couple of the craft breweries here.

That would be a LOT of beer on tap even for a wedding reception. :-)

Be a cool place to have a wedding, one that you wouldn't forget unless you had too much beer. :)

I have a friend who used to be a home brewer but don't know how it's done. This would be an interesting place to learn.
