Tiger

This mural bringing attention to the plight of Siberian Tigers was found just off Harbord St near U of Toronto. The artist is Ted Hamer and let's hope that something is done to help these creatures.

That's a gorgeous mural! Last week I attended a National Geographic lecture from Joel Sartore. He's the photographer who has created the Photo Ark project. He photographs endangered species all over the world to bring attention to their plight. One of the animals he featured was the Siberian tiger. His photos are simply amazing.

There's too many species on the extinction list already. It's a shame.

I realize I’m late visiting, but due to the loss of my power supply on my computer, I have been offline. This is a gorgeous mural, and I had NO idea these tigers were endangered. Let's hope someone of importance sees this beautiful mural.
