Infill In Little Italy

I've always liked this Art Deco style building in the Little Italy neighbourhood which is built in the middle of ordinary semi detached homes. It turns out that it was actually 2  boring square flat fronted buildings which were purchased in 2002 and joined together with new details giving them the Deco flair. There are now 5 condo units in there.

Very stylish. I wonder what they're like inside.

They've done a good job restyling this place. I like the look of it very much.

Beautiful modern look, the 2 red chairs go well with it.

Se ve sobrio y a la vez elegante.

...given the vintage neighbors, I'm not sure that I like it.

Well that Art Deco flair works for me Pat 😉 The two red chairs add a nice splash of colour too. Happy Easter weekend ✨

I, too, like the two red chairs in front.

It's amazing how some details can make such a difference. It's very nice and hard to imagine having been boring.

Looks great but art deco. I would say more postmodernism.

Not sure why, but I'm always attracted to white for houses, and this is no exception. I really like this.

Stylish ones. Much more beautiful than our house we live in, grey, sad. But the neighbours want it that way.
