A Grand Entrance

This is the main entrance to Trinity College which is one of the colleges at U of Toronto. This collegiate Gothic building was completed in 1925 and is always a standout to view through all of the seasons. Another one from my archives from one of my favourite places to wander.

It's probably my age but buildings like this seem to fit perfectly into the scholarly world. They enhance studying more than those glass and steel buildings.

It is grand! Looks a lot like the UWO buildings here.

Impressive gothic buildings. This entrance must impress students with the seriousness of their education here.

Looks very like a Scottish castle to my eye. I hope the scholars within appreciate their grand surroundings.

Boy! What a job it's gonna be when someone has to clean the stones on those cupolas.

Wow! That's really beautiful. Makes me want to go back to school. None of the institutions I went to were remotely grand.

There is a Trinity college in Perth, too.
A different beauty, but a beauty, maybe pay a visit?
