Container Gardening

The Chives and Mint both survived winter out on the roof in their containers and are really putting out a lot of growth. A see a Mojito in my future.

Useful - and decorative too.

Herbs and smaller vegetable plants grow well in containers! I am a big fan of container gardening; using a shovel to dig in the ground hurts my back.
Have a blessed day!

The best way to grow them, otherwise mint spreads all over the garden and chives seeds itself in inconvenient places too.

With the current heat, a Mojito sounds appealing. I have been thinking of growing some tomatoes in a pot on my deck.
