Butterflies

I have not seen many butterflies yet this year but know that they are on the way. Those are fierce looking caterpillars looking up at them but unfortunately there seem to always be cars parked in front of them. I could find no artist signature on this one.

Taking part in Monday Murals. Click HERE to see more murals from around the world.

Lovely mural. I do prefer the butterflies over the caterpillars :)
Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Pat.

Andy has flowers and birds and you have butterflies. Those are all my favorite photographic subjects. I agree about the caterpillars.

I like the caterpillars looking up at the butterflies, they want to be one too and fly around showing off their pretty colours. It's too bad about the parking cars, very aggravating.

The butterflies look good, but the smiling caterpillar is wonderful. Too bad about the cars.

We seem to see many fewer butterflies these days so it's nice to see some painted ones.

Very nice one but it looks like the caterpillars are from another artist then the butterflies.

Butterflies are extremely popular subjects for murals, though seldom painted as well as these.

This mural is a beaut. It is too bad that the artist did not leave their name,

A highlight a few years ago was witnessing the chrysalis of some Monarchs.

What a juxtaposition. Cartoonish, yet colorful caterpillars looking up at very realistic butterflies. Unique, Pat.
