Hidden Features

This park and the playing field behind it have been fenced off for years as construction went on. It seemed to take forever to finally be finished but now there is a nice park with a playground and a large playing field just past it. The playing field sits over Canada's largest deep geothermal project which will be used to help cool and heat U of Toronto. The site had previously just been a rather rough playing field for the university.

This park must have been needed as many people are using it. The geothermal project is a great idea to use existing energy rather than add to global warming.

A neat looking park and a heater. Who could ask for more?

It makes me wonder if you can feel any warmth in the playing field with the geothermal activity below it.

Looks neat. Now all we need is summer...

A beautiful place.

Nice looking park. I once lived in a town in Oregon that had geothermal heat, it was nice not seeing ice in the winter.
