I wouldn't mess with him
He looks friendly indeed, but I wouldn´t give him a go, either, RedPat!
A black haired dog, is it hot? I'm afraid of loose dogs. I don't like it when the owner walks the dog on a leash that's too long and lets the dog come to me. A few times I've had to tell the dog not to come to me.
I wonder about his quality of life.
I was thinking the same thing....I wouldn't want to encroach on his territory. I just want to thank you for all of your kind comments and support for me this past year. It has meant so much to you! What a good friend you are. Sweet hugs, Diane

What a fine looking dog doing his job protecting his yard. Glad he came over to say hello. I'm sure you had a few kind words for him.

I am a dog lover, but would not pet him!
...theft of construction supplies is a big problem.
The dog does look friendly but you were wise not to test it out.
He's very sleek and cute, and possibly not so scary but you never know until you are face to face!
