This sculpture by the Australian artists Gillie & Marc is found on King St W and is quite popular with everyone. I had to wait until the back seat was empty of people before getting the shot. The artists' famous dog and rabbit are out for a ride with a big guy. I didn't notice the couple on the left having a big hug until I saw it on the computer.

Gillie & Marc are terrific sculptors and I've not seen this work before., and it is one of their better ones. I am so pleased you have this in your city.
Noting wrong with a hug. Brilliant sculpture
Nicely photographed.
Such.a fun piece of public art!
This is a BIG WOW!
Cool art!
I love it! I remember seeing some of their sculptures in London. They are always fun to find.
Cool sculptures! Take care, enjoy your day and the week ahead.
What a fine sculpture, but I'm not sure I would put the Rhino at the front. Rhinos are powerful, but have poor eyesight for negotiating traffic. The dog is dressed so formally with a suit and necktie. Yes, I would love to have my picture taken in the back seat.
Weird but interesting sculpture.
Certainly an eye-catching sculpture. I wonder who dreams them up - and why.
And, yes, RedPat, I thought, "ha!" I know the last two, they also cycle in Perth :-)
But.. If I am correct they were naked!
That really ask for a fat bike. Nice art.
