A Yellow Door

I took this pic a couple of weeks ago just around the corner from yesterday's crocuses while checking to see if the flowers were out. The snow is now gone but this lovely yellow door is a real attention grabber and must be quite pretty in summer with flowers in those pots and the snow shovel put away so I'll have to go back to check.

Well, I wouldn't choose yellow door...
it's very optimistic!

Our snow is still lingering. I like the composition of this one.

Now that would brighten your day every time you went home!

I like this door! You see plenty of red doors but not yellow ones very often.

A perfect, daffodil colour for the approach of Springtime!

Great symmetry here...the sides of the door match, the two flower pots, the sides of the walk, snow on both sides...other really cool features are the shovel, of course, and the lamp post, the tree branches and their shadows. Overall, this is super photograph! Oh, and the yellow door! Did I forget to mention that? :)

Not my choice of colour for a door, but it's very nicely offset by the frame around the door.

What a nice change from Red doors, I love red doors, but I also appreciate someone with an out of the box approach. Great capture
