My last day at the Munk building and I had to show you one of the many great doors found in the building. You can really see the skill of the bricklayers on all in the doorways throughout the whole building. That fuzzy sign is one of many ticker-tape style news boards that are found along the hallways.
I didn't show much of the art that is all over the building, except in the round room where you can see some, but they are considering having a guided tour of their art during Doors Open next year.

yup, i will surely miss this building! loved everything you shared from it!
This place is very attractive.
Lovely when restoration goes a step further and becomes future heritage in its own right.
It's rather strange, right? :-)
Stunning series.
Quite a building! Thanks for sharing the pic.
There is something "just right" about this door and arch! It just works. It's the way it should be.
I know a few people who might be too big to fit through the door, though.
I'd love to see any further pictures of the building or the art if possible!
I have enjoyed the pictures you haved showed from this building so much, thanks for sharing!
What a tall thin door! Interesting building.
A door for someone "high and mighty" ?
This place is pretty nice.
Aw, c'mon, Pat. You're not old enough to remember Sea Hunt! Right? :)
That's one thin doorway.
Very nice series. Your photos help us to look and too see.
A very harmonious interior. As you say, great attention paid to standard of crafstmanship.
Very elegant entrance, the brickwork is amazing!
Have enjoyed the look around Munk- some unique style there.
That's a pretty slim door Pat, there may be a few people holding their breathe in to get through :)
This building is really fantastic! I regret not seeing it as I did the tour at Hart House which is just around the corner. :)
PS: Did you enter the photography contest?
Is the door way really skinny...or reallt tall? :)
