Lovely In Yellow

This yellow brick home was built in 1878 in the Yorkville/Annex neighbourhood and was renovated and remodeled in 1986-7 but since it is heritage designated the exterior is basically the same as it was originally. Most homes of that era here are red brick so it is nice to see the yellow especially with that reddish trim.

This house is in German style in my opinion..

I guess it stands out a bit.

It sure is stately, and the trim stands out in such a vibrant and becoming way.

The color is quite original and the house is magnificent!

Attractive. Did they run out of money for the two additional windows over the porch?

It's a beautiful house but somehow the fence spoils it.

It has a kind of Christmas feel Pat :) must be the red, yellow (gold) and the green of the trees.
