Down the Side

I dropped into St Clement's Anglican Church last week when I saw their sign out saying they were open for prayer. It was quite lovely inside but there was something going on in the main part of the church so I contented myself with this pic down one of the side aisles with the cross over the main altar peeking through. I must go back another day.

I love the way the cross appears to be glowing from the side of the photo. Very nice.

I took a look the church on Google maps street view. It is easy to see why the aisle looks so long in your photo.

Super shot Pat, it's interesting to see the different viewpoints in churches ✨

A lovely architectural detail. It reminds me a bit of the layout of a church here.

I like the composition of your photo with both the cross shining and the reflections on the floor. Good shot.

A really lovely composition, Pat! And, yes, I would love to see more of this place. The Anglicans (which are now in sync with the Evangelical Lutheran Church) do know how to build houses of worship.
