This wonderful Art Deco building was built in 1933 as part of a city waste management complex but is now wonderfully renovated and restored. It now houses Grace, an event venue, and Toben, a catering/event space. Fabulous isn't it?

A beautiful old building and glad it's still being used.
This reminds me of the larger building you showed with the brewery in it. This is another space well worth restoring.
That is a beautiful building and so nice to see it being put to good use.
