Another Laneway Find

Laneways are a good place to wander in these Covid times as there are usually not a lot of people around and there is lots of space for social distancing. This week I happened upon this 1967 Chevelle Malibu which was in impeccable condition. The guy who owned told me that he has owned it for over 30 years and bought it from the original owner. A friend owned one when I was in high school and we had a ball cruising around town in it!

You can tell it's a much loved vehicle Pat, looked after well by both its owners. Would have been fun cruising but I can't imagine parallel parking it 😉

There are lots of vintage car enthusiasts in this area and any one of them would be proud to own a vehicle like that.

Great car! Today we saw great cars. The cars drove past the queue. Everyone in the queue was Lotus branded. The cars were new and old. Rarely do you see such a car queue, -))

My sister's ex had one of these but not in this pristine condition. A lovely find indeed!

A fine looking car in an appealing color. It looks in perfect condition. It was a stylish ride in its day, and it still is.

If you could bottle youth and excitement that would be it! I remember every car and motorcycle I've ever owned

Well loved, vintage. Summer seems to bring out classic cars.

I have never heard of that car, but it's a beaut. Reminds me of 70s US detective movies, but a much nicer colour!
