Searching

It seems like squirrels spend most of their day searching for food or looking for trouble by invading people's gardens. My veggies are on a roof deck and the little devils crawl along phone lines to reach up there!

Hello,

The squirrels are very determined when it comes to their food.
I do not see the black squirrels here, they are pretty.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Enjoy your day, have a great weekend.

Much the same here! I saw a wildlife programme once in which squirrels were set increasingly difficult problems to solve in order to get to the food. They solved most problems with ease.

And their partners the chipmunks here.

Squirrels seem to be everywhere! I let them eat from the bird feeders here. But when I see them nibbling on the woodpecker suet, I yell at them and threaten to make them into squirrel dumplings! lol
Have a wonderful weekend!

He's a cute little fellow....when he's not munching on your tomatoes.

He sure is a pretty color though. But we have the gray squirrel here and run him off every time he gets to our bird feeders!

They certainly are inventive when it comes to obtaining food. One has just dug up the bulbs in a container in my front garden. Perhaps he thought he'd buried nuts there.

Yep the story of squirrels, they search and find and search and find and eat and search and store and search! It's endless!

A few days ago, I watched a squirrel walk off with a whole ear of corn from a farmer's crop.

Tightrope walkers! From the looks of it your tomatoes look worth the effort but I know that's not what you want to hear.
