A Longlasting Spot

Hemingway's has been on Cumberland in the Yorkville neighbourhood for over 39 years and with lots of patio seating and a diverse menu it will be around for many more years. The owners were from New Zealand and that is the reason for the New Zealand flags.

Taking part in Signs 2. Click HERE to see more signs from around the world.

This is a great looking place. Love the sign and the flags. Now I know where to go in Yorkville.

That place looks very familiar to me. I wonder it that is where I had lunch with my friends when we visited (many) years ago.

The flag on the left is actually an Australian flag. It features white stars whereas the NZ flag on the right has red stars with a white border.
