Art At The Voting Station

We had our provincial elections last Thursday and the voting stations were in a variety of auditoriums and assorted spaces. When I voted this wonderful art piece by a First Nation artist was adorning one of the walls along the hall leading to the voting area. I really like it and there was a signature on it but I could not make it out.

Voting is such an important part of maintaining a democracy. The peoples' voices need to be heard. Yes, that is power art on the wall.

It's a good one.

I voted in a curling rink of all places.

I'd vote for art like that - not so sure about many of the politicians though.
