This Santa Claus Parade float was from the company with the double arches out front and show creatures having some winter fun. Those people are workers from the parade putting final touches on the float. I imagine that the mouse at front twirled on its skates during the parade.

How cute. I love all the critters but, I'm not quite sure about that reindeer at the front. It looks more like a dog dressed as a deer.
