It was the name that attracted my attention at first when I thought it was a shop selling lottery tickets. It turns out that Loteria is a traditional Mexican card game and this is a cafe serving deserts and light meals like sandwiches and salads. Another place to try out - hoping they have Mexican treats.

I first read it as Lottery too. Pity about the No cash.... sign.
Not sure I should point this out, but without two S's the word refers to a very dry place, but with two S's it is sweet. One needs to know the culture to understand the signs. I don't know this card game.
What an interesting place. It would be well worth checking out.
I thought it was a lottery place too.
It may be worth trying the desserts.
Take care, have a great day!
...I thought it was a shop selling lottery tickets too, what a sweet surprise.
Have a nice day! In here it's raining.
A colourful window.
So those are sample cards in the window?
Had me fooled.
Oh I like that photo a lot. It must be so nice to live in a civilized country. I hope we get there again south of your border. Aloha
What a fun discovery! Loteria sounds like a charming spot, and here’s hoping their menu is as delightful and colorful as the game it’s named after
Sounds like fun!
Yep, I thought of lottery. Hmmm, I love Mexican food, hope you get it there, RedPat.
